Cory McClenathan took the points lead in Top Fuel over Shawn Langdon when his engine let go and allowed McClenathan to move around him with a 3.857 run. In Funny Car, Robert Hight also made huge points move, from 10th to third when he got the victory over rookie driver Matt Hagan. In Pro Stock, Mike Edwards dominated the Pro Stock contigent by qualifiying No. 1, setting low e.t. and top speed, running low e.t. of every round of eliminations, and winning the event over Greg Stanfield. In Pro Stock Motorcycle, Hector Arana once again finds himself in the winners circle with a win over Karen Stoffer. Congratulations to all the winnners and good luck with the countdown!
